Perhaps (or even more likely) it is one of the armored trains of the 38th separate division - either No. 1 "Chelyabinsk Railroader" or No. 2 "South-Urals Railroader", manufactured at the Chelyabinsk Locomotive Depot and brought into service in February 1942. Both armored trains were broken up in the battle east of Kursk on July 28, 1942. The photo shows an armored locomotive and an armored platform of the OB-3 type with 75-mm French cannon and Browning machine guns.
