IMHO it is not the no. 372 "Vertus". She was captured in a very good conditions while the one in the pic above has the turret decapitated. I would say that's the Char B1bis "HAUTVILLERS" No. 416 of the 49e BCC 3e compagnie burned out on the outskirts of Stonne after multiple hits from a Panzer IV on May 15th 1940. Also the charcteristic, broken double pole. Actually I have no doubt it's the HAUTVILLERS.

What is that leaking? Water or oil? If it's his car, why is he smiling?
Its probably coolant/water as that model used a cooling system without a water pump, and that system is know to have difficulties when idling for prolonged periods, or slow driving in congested traffic. If you have ever been involved in a Military convoy then you know all about prolonged slow driving in heavy traffic!

But as Wurger suggests it could also just be a puddle.
