IMHO it is not the no. 372 "Vertus". She was captured in a very good conditions while the one in the pic above has the turret decapitated. I would say that's the Char B1bis "HAUTVILLERS" No. 416 of the 49e BCC 3e compagnie burned out on the outskirts of Stonne after multiple hits from a Panzer IV on May 15th 1940. Also the charcteristic, broken double pole. Actually I have no doubt it's the HAUTVILLERS.

Because he has a free service .... or just fixed that.

Its probably coolant/water as that model used a cooling system without a water pump, and that system is know to have difficulties when idling for prolonged periods, or slow driving in congested traffic. If you have ever been involved in a Military convoy then you know all about prolonged slow driving in heavy traffic!

But as Wurger suggests it could also just be a puddle.

Certainly it is not sure if the leak is from the car. If it would be the tyre blocked its spreading in the way it can be noticed. Especially on the horizontal plane or sloping.
