Hi!

That's my first model so be forgiving please. Painted with brush. I have two problems with it: decals are shining and model is very dusty, as you can see. I don't know how to deal with dust because I'm afraid about decals.

Excellent work for a first model!
You might try a soft brush or, wiping it with a slightly damp piece of paper towel for the dust , but go easy with it.

That looks great, especially for a first model. If the decals are shiny, then, after carefully dusting the model, using a soft paint brush or camera lens cleaning brush, give them a coat of clear matt.
