Hello all,

So I have been on the forums for a bit now. Enough where I'm comfortable with finding usually the answers to questions I have. However, I do have one question. I see a lot of members here that have a series of planes under their "sigs" that are labeled D-Day, 1 members choice, Heavy Hitters etc. etc.

What I want to know is A: how do I get one? B: is this all apart of a specific group or tasks that need to be done.

Thanks in advance!

They are achieved by participating in a group build. Look under the modelling section to find the active one, start a thread labeled with you kit scale, manufacturer and what the kit is.

Gotcha! Thanks guys I appreciate it.

I haven't built a model in forever and still have a 1/32 Fw190 in box...Just don't want to do it yet until I know I'm ready haha.

Going along the path you will never assemble any model.

Lol I know! I honestly had put it off due to me building 2 others kits. I finished one but haven't finished the other yet and now have run out of supplies. I also have had 3 kids in that time and now barely have the alone time to do any of these models lol

And being retired Wurger has LOTS of spare time!! Just check his siggy and planes!! :):):)

Lol! I know. See I could find the time to do it even with the kids, but I know for a fact that when I spend X amount of hours on a build, that either my 6 or 2 year old will break either the antenna, landing gear or one of the prop's lol. That's what I'm scared of!

In high school I built many 1/72's and 1/48...so now having a 1/32 I just look at it and say "I NEED to take my time on this".
Also all those 1/72 and 1/48's are all broken because of said kids haha

Yeah welcome to my world! My "modelling bench" is the dining room table so my builds are done fairly quick to get them out of range from the kids.

I know what you mean. I have an Airfix 1/24 Bf 109E that I'm terrified to do.
