Nice effort Bernie and thanks for being part of this group build. If your plan is to improve your modeling finishes I would recommend an investment in an airbrush. It will give you improved results. For instance, if you had a mask set for the nose glazing and used an airbrush to paint it you would get more professional results.
 
Actually using of the mask set isn't the reason for using the airbrush only. Both the painter's tools, I mean the brush and airbrush, can be used with the masks. In both cases the result is good. The idea of masking is not to make "dirty" these glass areas we need to keep clean. In other words the idea is to protect parts of the glass against a paint. No matter if we are going to apply the coat with the airbrush or brush. I keep saying that, when you use a brush you may have shaking hands so you don't risk getting the protected areas painted. That's all. ;)
 
Had an air brush, but moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom condo, no room for an airbrush anymore
