OK, thanks all, My first real fit problem came in last night. I noted when I test fit the wings that it looked like a problem, and it was a bit of one. The wing assembly on my kit seems to act like there is a warpage with the fuselage. There does not appear to be any such issue but that's what it acts like.

So I started by fitting the wing on to the fuselage and lining up the aft section and gluing that on with ProWeld.

I then worked the front left and then right shoulders on gluing each and letting it set before I did the other.

Then I did each lower wing to fuselage mate, there was quite a bit of contorting and pressure needed to make it all align as on the right side the center of the fuselage wated to stick down below the wing mate quite a bit and the left side not as much but there was more of a gap.

But all of that still left me with the upper leading edge sticking up. I had noted this in the tes fit and I had worked the issue for sometime last evening trying to see any way to avoid this but to no avail. I have not as yet glued this down as I'm still trying to figure a way to fix it. The trailing edge of the forward fuselage has a lip on it that the wing sets in. This may have something to do with the issue.

I also had, but not really bad and to be somewhat expected on a kit of this size, a small bit of fuselage trying to miss match left to right. mostly about halfway between the tail section and the weapons bay on the upper side. ProWeld and some pressure fixed it.

As Andy remarked, good approach Don.
Looking at the photos you posted, I'm fairly certain that lip is the cause of the fit problem with the wing. The lip appears to be on one side only, and the wing is probably 'sitting' low on the side without the lip, and high where the lip is.
A bit late now, but sanding down, or even removing the lip, might have allowed some movement to get the joints level.

Yes Terry, the lip does seem the issue. And there is no such on the wing. One could remove the lip or cut one in the wing corresponding to the wing.

Got a little further on the Do. Doing the main gear and engine mounts/nechells. It's a bit figgity but take your time and it will work out. You really need to do this all as a single step. If I were to do it again I would put the rear of the gear well with the gear bracing together. when ready I would have installed for and aft gear well and then the sides at once to get better alignment. What I di was install forward gear well and let set overnight. Then I did everything else. This gave me a bit of a fit. Not a bad one but enough of one. The faster you can set things up the easier to get re alignment done if need be when you put on the engine nechells.

I tapped the mount holes out on the firewall as they were too small. They were fine on the back side of the mount but the front side was too small. I overdid it a bit but it worked.

The fore and aft gear well walls installed with the gear bracing.

Left nechells installed. this was the biggest issue and I had to go back and undo some of the earlier work to get them to fit, namely the one on the inboard side.

Thanks all for looking in and commits.
Finishing up the nechells was a bit more of a fit issue. The aft section of each did not want to fit. I managed to get them together all the way aft but there was a hugh gap right behind the gear well.

Do I took to .20 evergreen card stock and filled in the gap.

And then trimmed to size and puttied over.

I'll sand that down and it should be fine.
I had quite a difficult time getting it all to work but it may have been something I did. Though I did test fit and re test fit and re re test fit. The outer shells just seemed to have a problem, the only thing I could do was fit glue wait and move onto the next step. It should be ok though.
