The kit comes with markings for six different aircraft. I have not decided which I would like to do but after watching the GB's from 35 and Geo and Kerby's birds, I has some trepidation as to the Italian schemes. White Nine would be the easiest paint by far but I don't know I want to do that and cop out so easily.

I do like either of these two though.

There are several different methods for approaching this dapple scheme . A two colour dapple isn't too bad, just fiddly. A three colour dapple is getting interesting. I can say that after my Hungarian Heja II. .

Good choice Don. I've got several books on the C.200 but first I have to figure out the differences in the series numbers. I get home tomorrow morning so I'll start looking. I know there are several simpler mottled schemes and I'll send you what I can find.

As memo serves the 7th series was of 50 planes assembled by the Macchi factory from the March to the September 1941. Serials MM7659-MM7708. It was a quite standard plane with the semi-opened cockpit and equipped with the Allocchino Bacchini B.30 R.T radio set.

Ive never used those transfers but have assumed they are challenging to apply. I think you have used them, haven't you Geo. if so, how did you find them?

The PCM kits are usually pretty nice and the unusal subjects other manufactures do not touch.I did up the G55 and it was pretty good kit overall ;)
