Outer main planes assembled and cleaned up.
PE details will be added to wing tip float bays and outer main planes, maybe over the weekend.

Looking at midwing now. Landing light bays will be cut out and main spar, forward ribs, de-icing piping and landing lights scratchbuilt.

Initial clean up of wing centre section.

The plastic is a little hard, and trailing edges brittle, so a little harder to clean up than most Airfix, Italeri, Hasegawa etc kits, but we'll get there.

Drilled out the points for fuel dump pipes, bomb racks and radiators too. Just need to cut out the landing light apertures and the front face of the big slots in the upper wing (function as yet unknown to me).

I'm also going to hit the sack. But I have to check on the forum soft firstly.

Sleep well. See you.

Cheers Geo and Brian.
Yeah, she's not small in 1:72 either Geo. I dry fitted the wings together and showed my wife. She said 'Are we going to get another house to put it in?'
