Nice contour tool. I don't have one so use a piece of paper folded in half. I gradually make cuts until the contour matches, then unfold the paper and use it as a template to make the part. If I screw up, I just with a new piece of folded paper.

I got my profile gauge from a cheap shop in Hungary, a long time ago. Not the greatest quality, but does the job.

A little done... still in progress.

Made a rear fuselage floor from the Mk.I conversion offcuts from the two Horsa forward cargo floors I have.

The new bulkhead was a plastic gas mains tap location sign (Kit item to compare)
