KG means Kampfgruppe or bomber sqr. Propaganda shots like these are not un common. Junker Ju87 pilot talking a beautiful woman on wing.

Its just like the picture you linked to. Everyone else is dressed in military gear, but she's not.
She's definitely NOT part of that bomber group.
That's why I speculated that she could be some kind of a personality, like a movie star.
