KG means Kampfgruppe or bomber sqr. Propaganda shots like these are not un common. Junker Ju87 pilot talking a beautiful woman on wing.

Thank you for the definition, but why would someone want her autograph and why is dressed so flamboyantly (for lack of a better word)?
Its just like the picture you linked to. Everyone else is dressed in military gear, but she's not.
She's definitely NOT part of that bomber group.
That's why I speculated that she could be some kind of a personality, like a movie star.
