A Female member of MKO (MEK) stands on guard next to remains of IRIAF F-4E Phantom II 3-6688 .

The Crew - Lt. Col. Qasem Mohammad-Amini and 1Lt. Arsalan Sharifi - were ejected and became POW, released after fall of Saddam on 2003.
