Hi everybody, ever since I was little kid and heard tall tales from my Granddads winning the war single handed I have always been fascinated by WW2 and more recently the aircraft used in that conflict. Thanks all, and look forward to checking out all the great threads here. Cheers!

Hey thanks guys for the warm welcome. Looking forward to going to the Swift Current Air Show at the end of Sept. Provided I can get away from the busy grain harvest. In addition to the Snowbirds, The Gene Soucey and Brent Handy Acrobatic shows, I am most looking forward to seeing the Yellow Thunder Airshow. Based out of Ponoka Alberta,
yellowthunder.ca consists of a Mk2 and Mk4 Harvard/AT-6 trainer warbirds with low hours and besides radios in fairly original format. Heard they put on great show and looking to get some good pics and videos.
Cheers!
