Thanks for your kind comment, Wayne !
All your gift is now secured in a hard card box and your box is being used for my camera repair work.
This is just a quick report :)

Sorry for my junk topic again  but a few days ago I came across a good bargain again - a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18-70mm 1:3.5-4.5G ED DX for JPY 3,000 (USD 25). I was just looking for any suitable lens for my recent Nikon D80 as I have not so many DX(APS) format lenses.

Zoom ring stuck and lens-tube was shaky but lenses themselves were so clean as brand new.
I purchased it to overhaul and found one of the 3 zooming inner screws was remarkably loose.
I tightened it and the lens is now one of my lens stock.

Following pictures show its appearances, troubled screw and test shots today.
Thank you very much !

I think you have inspired me to look for the DX lenses, Terry :)
Thank you very much !

Thanks Hugh and Marcel !
I did it referring to service manual downloaded and several Youtube videos.
It took a day to research and a few hours to repair.
I was lucky as I did not have to overhaul the optical elements.
