Information on a particular officer in the ROCAF in WW2

Any idea where to get information on a particular officer in the ROCAF in WW2? its a tall order I know.

ROCAF? Do you mean Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) ? If so, maybe one of our Canadian members can suggest where to look.
Oops! Just realised, you might mean Republic of China Air Force? In which case, I have no idea !!
