Have performed that airborne ice flip a couple of time in my life, I sustained no injuries, but did get the wind knocked out of me the last time.

I remember falling three times in one weekend. The last time I was in the air so long I actually had time to shout 3 full curse laden sentences and have a couple of complete thoughts pass through my mind.
