Very nice indeed.

[Vic Balshaw]

What an interesting camo and a nice little diorama.

[Crimea_River]

Yup. Interesting for sure but the crew must be pretty warm!

[Gnomey]

Desert's a cold place at night. I'm stuck on the logistics of a field replacement of a whole wing. A panel or two perhaps, but a whole wing seems wrong, but what do I know.

Nice one! I think there were some pics of a complete wing replacement somewhere on the forum awhile back.

Here's a picture from the base...you can see the different wings/patterns....

That's some desperation when you are literally chop shopping airplanes in the middle of a desert. War expediency I guess.

[Crimea_River]

I'm wondering if it's just a half finished repaint job rather than a wing replacement.

[Wayne Little]

Next is a rather interesting Mistel combo....

[Vic Balshaw]

Very interesting. Did they ever make it and did it ever get off the ground.

i think i've seen a picture of that somewhere, it may have been a training or proof of concept rig, nicely done though
