CTS..as in carpal tunnel syndrome....numbness and tingle in fingers...should be okay now...takes a while to recover..

probably developed during fitness training with dumbels...

back to the build...engine and firewall temp attached with white glue to fuse...will have to measure the exhaust lenght from cylinder to end...piece by piece...

the end result will be something like this...me think...solder wire and end pipe is alu tubing compressed with a pincer..

thank y'all...! In the meanwhile I had an alien visitor dropping in while at work...not been able to communicate with the intruder....
