Nationality Flags?

Just wondering if this new format allows us to have our nationality flags (as well as a second choice) or is it that a thing of the past?

I liked having the flags. Not sure if possible.

Would have see what settings / addons are available. May not be possible though.

I haven't taken the time to look into it any further, perhaps later.
