2 Fw 190's by F/O A. E. Umbers in EJ577 at Helmond..
1 Fw 190 by F/O W. A. L. Trott in EJ606 at Venlo..
1 Fw 190 by P/O J. G. Hooper in EJ750 at Venlo..
1 Fw 190 by P/O C. J. Sheddon in EJ748/SA-I at Venlo..

Next claimes were on the 14th of the same month...

1 Bf 109 by F/O C. J. MacDonald in EJ755/SA-A, 3 miles north of Münster..
1 Bf 109 by W/O J. E. Wood in EJ748/SA-I, east of Münster..

April 14th action may be the shooting down of Sattlers Ta 152H. also the 486th may have well have battled with victories over more JG 301 Fw's - April 15th or earlier ? still looking for confirmed action dates.

it's when you read a list like that your realise the enemy is only part of the dangers of flying high performance aircraft!
