    I don't know if anyone has posted these previously, but the IPMS Stockholm colour guides are useful.

    Urban's Color Reference Charts - Part I

    The above is part 1, and towards the lower end of the page has a list of nationalities with a list of the colour names and the paint references to go with them.

    The above is part 2, with cross referenced paint colour charts.

    Had an app a while ago on my old phone but deleted it as I ran out of space. It's no longer available for iPhones. The only one I can get is called Model Paint 42 but I'm not going to pay 2.79$ for it.
