This isn't your ordinary garden shed.
This is a Swiss 10.5 cm gun turret in Mels, in the Alps. These guns were originally ordered in the 1930s, and placed inside heavily armored turrets.
There's a huge amount of fortifications in Switzerland, essentially making the country a fortress that would be too costly for any invader to tackle. Many are creatively (and very effectively) camouflaged to avoid detection.
This particular turret has been quite convincingly disguised as a shed. The gun would have been covered when the turrets were in operation. They were retired in the 1990s.

This is "Just Enough Room Island" aka the smallest inhabited island in the world. Purchased by a family in the 1950s, the island has just enough room for one house.
