Prince Fushimi Kuniie's 8th son Prince Yoshiaki (1846-1903).
He grew up among mobs as his father was indifferent to his kids.
Later became IJA General Prince Komatsu Akihito.

On September 20, 1934, Rear Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto leaves for London to participate a preparatory meeting for the coming Second London Naval Conference.

In early photographs taken anywhere it was very uncommon for people to smile. A photograph was a very serious portrait.
 
Japanese Ambassodor to the U.S. Hiroshi Saito (1886-1939).
He was hoped to improve the relationship between two countries but died of tuberculosis in D.C. on February 26, 1939.
His remains were sent back by USS Astoria politely.
