It seems to be an SB 2M-103 with the number SB-7, one of 16 SBs purchased by the Finns in Germany in the summer of 1941. Here is a photo of the same airplane in flight (from the book "Tupolev SB: Soviet High Speed Bomber" by Mikhail Maslov, 2004):Tupolev SB-2-M103 in Finnish service REDD

An SB 2 M-103 (reg/n SB-7) of 2/PLeLv 6 in flight in early June 1944. The navigator's head can be seen protruding from the hatch in front of the windshield.

Officially, the name Pe-2FT did not exist. There were just Pe-2s with FT installation, 2-2.5 thousand of which were produced . A serial production airplane. 32 were made, 24 went to the front. This airplane was not liked at the front - the reliability of the engines was too low.
