The above modification of the PBM was called S2 or in full PBM-5S2. Even if the front and the tail turrets are the same as those on PBM-5 and not like the simplified ones on the S-variants, the missing dorsal turret (should be behind that open hatch) points towards the S2-modification, widely used during the Korean war. And below a "regular" PBM-5 with the second turret:
