IIRC it is the EKA-3B Skywarrior with the additional four AN/ALQ-86 ECM (electronics) blisters on the fuselage sides. She was the electronic countermeasure and the refueling aircraft. There was the fixed in-flight fueling probe protruding from the port front blister and the extendible refueling hose for air refueling of the other planes at the bottom.
