Yep, the NR-349 with new additional intakes as well:

They said that the third engine would not have added to the top speed of the aircraft but would have upped the climb rate quite a bit.

You'd have to be looking through a very dirty vodka glass to see much Vigilante in the MiG-25. I suppose it's generally of a similar arrangement, but so are a good few other types.
