Bloody fantastic Wojtku! How on earth did they get the props to look so good?

Unusual individual code letter, like a 'IV' overlapped. Do you know anything about that? (Also the 'window'above it?)
 
The code letter looks like a 'P' over-painted on a 'V', or vice versa, as a re-coded machine. The 'window' is an inspection port for the tail control cable runs - on Canadian-produced aircraft, this was a rectangular panel with a circular 'window', as seen on the Shuttleworth Collection's aircraft, below.

Evan, there are quite easy techniques for making paper parts looking better. Just like for plastic models.
