G'day again gents...I'll help bring us back to the main topic, after I lead us down another path....
i went over to my mate Ray's tonight to get some advice on the undercarriage and work on my 1.7 M P40N.
Ray is, without doubt, the master of detail with these models.
His is not yet complete, but BOY, she sure looks a treat.
Both are models of RAAF 78 SQN P40N circa 1944 around New Guinnea.
Mine, stormy Weather, was flown by Fying Officer Gordon White, and Ray's, Watch My Form, was flown by FLT SGT Smyth.

It was really nice to get these tail number sisters together at last.
