Two very good looking models. How do you find the Zvezda kits as far as 'quality'? Flash, fits, details?

to Ralph Haus : It is an easy to assemble model. The chassis is very simplified. I replaced the chassis covers and wheels with metal and resin. The model is less detailed. I had a damaged canopy.

It's about time we had another Spitfire!

This is TE203, a Spitfire XVI as it would have looked at the Flying Refresher School at RAF Finningley in Yorkshire, a unit subsequently re-designated as No 101 Flying Refresher School, c.1950.

It's from the 1/32 scale Tamiya kit.
