Nice models Tl_Blade.
But what happened to the Hurricane of 303 Squadron? These colours are incorrect.These should be RAF Dark Green and Brown Earth on upper surfaces and Duck Egg Blue on undresides.The bird should look like the RF-U in the profile.

Well this is easy to explain It was a kit that came with the colours and I'm Colour Blind. It funny actually the Lancaster in the same post Used to have a terrible camouflage of Yellow and Green But I manged as you can see to make a big improvement. P.S The Hurricane is one of my other old models. With this in mind I guess I shall update the model to bring it up to standard of my later models. I will post a Photo of it when it is done.

Thank you Charles.

The Bf109 is still in pieces.There is nothing to show.But I gather pictures of its assembling.But OK. I've uploaded some pictures of the Bf109F main landing gear doors I had to scratch build.These grey ones are of the kit and these white are mine.Each cover consists of six elements.

Unfortantly I'm not kidding about it. It is a little more complexed then just being colour blind but it easy just to put it that way. I have alot of help from Lancaster 630 to get the colours right but the Hurricane was one of the models I did before I did modeling with Lanc.

WOW !!! Geeze.... I hope I never have to "fabricate" anything that did
not come with the kit. I am truly amazed at what some of you model
builders do. I thought I was going the extra mile when I scratch built balsa
landing gear [wheel pants] for the Stuka. That was nothing compaired to
this ...

Now I understand.Lanc must be a very good friend.Glad you found his help.You have to tell me more about your modelling.I mean your technigue of making models etc.And how serious is the eye problem of course.Do you have problems with all colours or with some ones only?If you don't want to answer you don't have to do it.
