The Telegraph....

Academics claim sporting organisations have effectively groomed children and parents into accepting brain injuries...."

Wait, what!?
All academic studies find evidence of what they are paid to look for. Their findings are full of disclaimers like "could be", "may", "some evidence of". Another bunch of academics could certainly find the same for most school activities, even going to school itself. Being "academics" they naturally go down the tabloid route with words like "grooming" and of course issue their findings on the day that the European Six Nations Rugby Championship starts. I am sure there are academic studies by clever people on important issues, they never get reported by the press though.
