Disorder in the court: Jury selection:
COUNSEL: How long have you had that opinion about the death penalty?
JUROR: Since I noticed a lot of people doing a little more crime. I feel, my own opinion, that you should go back to the olden days and put a cross down and nail 'em to it and then do what you feel. This is my opinion of that.
-------
THE COURT: Please be seated. Court's in session. Defendant's here, Counsel and the jury. Mr. juror, I understand there is a problem out near your house?
JUROR: Yes.
THE COURT: I understand the problem is that there is a fire down there and they say they might have to evacuate your wife?
JUROR: Yeah, they might.
THE COURT: How do you feel about that?
JUROR: Need some rain.
