Disorder in the court: forensic expert complainer.
Q: Doctor, you didn't do any objective testing?
A: No.
Q: No Rorschach, no MMPI?
A: No.
Q: No TAT?
A: No.

A: I'll tell you very clearly. The Court pays a certain amount of money for this. Let me tell you, I am not making a living from this. I do not make a living from this.
For example, in court today, this is the last thing I want to do is spend time here. Nothing against the Court or jurors or anything. I do very well in my practice.
Spending time here is costing me a great deal of money. This is not my desire. For this amount of money, I feel I'm doing charity in this type of report. This is a lot of work
for what I'm paid. And I don't bill any extra for it, which is really ludicrous.
This business here I can't positively state, but listening to the taped confession, reading all this other business for the fee that I'm paid, I probably didn't submit another bill, but I should have, and I really should, but I don't, and the fee is just ....I'm just not going to do it anymore. Jury, you know, maybe you should feel prejudiced against me because I didn't do any testing. I don't care. I really don't. I can't do any more for this price. If somebody else can do it, God love them.
