We went to an Indian restaurant that I had never been to last night and I ordered medium spice. My son said order hot because their hot is mild.

The waitress told the cook so what I got was fairly spicy - just right as far as my son and I were concerned.

The cook came out later so see how we liked the food and we both told him it was perfect - enough spice to liven the meal but not enough to kill the flavour of the other ingredients.
