I know this is a WW2 forum but I thought you might be interested in Revell's 1/72 F-22. I personally think it's an ugly aircraft from most angles (especially the profile of the nose) but from some viewpoints it does look quite mean. Besides adding a resin seat and tinting the canopy I didn't add a lot to it, biggest challenge was the semi-metallic paint. Revell's model is a very nice kit of a not-so-nice airplane ;)

Beautiful work!! :thumbright: I have a couple of pictures of the real thing at the Air Force museum if you want me to post them.
 
Nice looking build, great colour shading. Personally, I quite rapt on the F-22, like the lines and have a couple of 1/48 scale lined up for a future build.

Thanks guys, glad you like it. Vic, each to his own and all that :) I do think ugly aircraft often make interesting models.
