I'm sure that it's alright, as long as you don't mention WILDCAT there's no harm. Just give him a couple busty WILDCAT Judys and he'll be like a lamb...
 
Found these in a pile of old pamphlets being thrown out by somebody.

The Whirlwind would make an interesting subject to model.

I also seem to recall an old thread asking why the black and white underbelly camouflage on some earlier British aircraft in the early WWII years. I can't recall if an explanation was given, but this book the it states that the:

'black and white lower surface was supposed to provide an optical illusion for the enemy and induce him to fire at the black middle portion of the wing, this drawing fire away from the pilot.'

Harrison did i mention i have one of those Ki 84's in my workshop oh and a A6m2, a J2m Raiden in 1/48 and a A6m2 in 1/32 from 21st century toys...............so ya boo sucks !!!!! :lol:

Depends how long the B-17 and B-25 take. If it takes me up to the D-Day build, and this aircraft is on the list, why not!
