No but got close. I had the Airfix Spit Mk XII in my hands at the LHS but put it back. 36 bucks is twice as much as at Squadron and I have plenty of other projects on the stash.
 
woktej, the truth will not know whether or not the paneling positive (to the outside) in the instructions to 1992, is that in this issue I am not very informed molds.
 
This just came in the mail yesterday. I've been thinking of doing a series of Grumman fighters around during WWII.

In my stash so far are:
F3F
F4F Wildcat
F5F Skyrocket (almost done)
F6F Hellcat
F7F Tigercat

The only one I'm missing is the F8F Bearcat
