Picked this up at an excellent shop in Calgary on Friday, along with some extra goodies to make it up to a CF-18 at Libya standard:

At the model show I picked up one of these:

Won an auction for it that I ended up hoping I'd lose, since I don't need any more kits! It's completely different looking than anything I have though, so it should be a good one.

I restrained myself very well at the show and did not buy or bid on a single thing! My practical side is calculating that I probably have plenty of models in my stash to carry me through the next 10 to 12 years.

I ordered them yesterday in the afternoon and got a small parcel today. One day of delivering.. it's a new record of the Polish Post Office.

Very nice purchases there me buckos(13hrs left) Here's what showed up while I was away....

I used the Gunze Sangyo version of Burnt Iron years ago and in this modelers humble opinion, an awesome paint for exhaust pipes.

Good stuff Wojtek my friend, and hopefully, you'll have more time for modelling now that you've retired from preventing aircraft from bumping into each other !
That's a neat looking tool set there Geo. Are they two different sizes of side cutters/snips? I would find them useful methinks.

Terry, its a Tamiya set off of eBay. There are different size variations in the sets. I thought the smaller cutter was a P.E. cutter but its another sprue cutter. Twist drill and micro bits are included. I just typed in "Tamiya Tool Set" into the search field and went with the cheapest. There are many on eBay right now, a lot from the U.K. which is where I got mine for GBP 9.99+7.85.

Sorry, I didn't realize Wojtek had retired. Congratulations.
