How long have you been telling us you need to get shelf things? It's been so long, Ikea have planted a new forest to grow more wood to make shelf things so that you can think about buying some!
But, old chap, before you eventually go and buy some, measure the wing span and length of the biggest, and also the average models you want to put on the shelves - even more important if you go for glass cabinets, which are better, and not much more to buy - and then check the internal size of the shelves or cabinets you're thinking of getting (both width and depth.).
Some shelves/cabinets look great, but you might only be able to fit, for example, three, or maybe only two models on each shelf, or, if in a cabinet, you might find that the span won't allow the model to fit, at any angle, with the doors closed. It's surprising how many shelves/cabinets are just that wee bit too small, internally, being designed for such things as vases, ornaments and other daft 'girly' stuff. For example, two of my cabinets measure 36 inches wide, externally, but are only 30 inches wide internally, due to the design. Fortunately, they're deep enough, and I can also add some glass shelves between the fixed wooden shelves, as there's quite a height between shelves, due to them being designed as glass-doored bookcases.

Well, that post were made at 11:01 AM and it's now 14:18 PM when writing this reply, so....3 hours and 17 minutes....
Think that there are some acceptable constructions of renewable material, that doesn't demand too much exchange of valuable assets in aforementioned company's public, moveable information point....

Recently bought an Ikea Billy bookcase with glass doors which now is home to all my builds since restarting the hobby about 10 years ago. At 300 bucks, it could never build it for that price. Largest model in there is my 1/48 He-219 and there's room to spare.

The one thing to remember with Ikea stuff is #1 THROW OUT THE INSTRUCTIONS. I was going to get the Billy-Jo Bob cabinet,it comes with a gun rack.Hillbilly humour:p

I was going to get a couple of those Ikea cabinets, but they were just a tad too small, inside, for my needs. Ended up getting two of what should have been £400 oak cabinets, much larger in depth and width, for £100 each!
OK, they only have four, fixed, wooden shelves, and one interior light, but there's room to fit a further three shelves, probably glass, and more lighting. I also picked up one of those double-door, glass cabinets seen in most supplier's, at half price, which would suit most 1/48th scale models, up to about Ju88 size, and I've got one, and getting another two of the single door version, from a friend, at £30 each - they're normally about £95 each - so I'm a very happy bunny.
Problem is, I'll need another cabinet, but there's no room left in the house!!

After my lacquer thinner disaster on my old Revell p-47, I had to get me this beast, and just a few more. I am in a world of hurt when the misses finds out. But I do feel so much better

I think I've gone to the dogs............................ bought another, just because it was cheep! $15 at our November IPMS meeting for my Davidson 450 Sqn P-40. Another reason is it had the 450 Sqn decal sheet with it, I just have to make it OK*W. Don't have a use for the resin part tho.

Help on this one....... can someone give me the color numbers, bottom, camo for the 450 Sqn.
