One thing that has me wondering, is.....the engine on the Walrus, why is that on some (few) plans, it's shown as mounted in 5 degree angle, never seen (as far as I know) it in a photo....always mounted straight and along the centerline of the aircraft....confusing!

Because the engine offset isn't too huge and pictures were taken with different angles could have masked it. But drawings are more accurate and in accordance with origin general arrangement drawing.

Would this be to counter the torque steer of the motor Wurger?

Nope. It was done in order to retain a balanced airflow over the tail surfaces. The short distance between the propeller shaft centre-line and aft fuselage top-decking led to the use of a small in diamater four-blade prop to take an adventage of the available power. The hub was thus only about ten feet from the intersection of the fin and the tailplane. Therefore the engine nacelle was angled to starboard what was more suitable solution in a low-speed aircraft than more common cambering of a fin and rudder.

Different between plans then, seem them like this at a 5 degree angle and straight....same with builds...
To me, just look odd, doesn't the Helldiver and Henschel something something, have an slightly offset tail?
