Good stuff Keith, and good to see you back.
I'm very interested in that airbrush - as my hands get worse, I'm finding it more and more difficult to operate my current brushes, especially the one with the top-mounted paint cup, as my fingers lack enough articulation to operate the trigger accurately, whilst holding and controlling the brush. In extreme cases, I have to use two hands to control and operate the brush, which, of course, seriously limits the type of work which can be undertaken.
Can you tell me what it's finest line spray pattern is, and where you got it?
I think a pistol-grip with front trigger would assist me greatly.

This followed me home on the weekend. I think I'll keep it.

just e-mailed you a couple of links to that airbrush Terry, well done Keith, great buys, you too Andy

Thanks Keith and Karl.
I've checked the spec for a similar 'brush, with the same size nozzle and needle, from the place I got my other airbrushes. Minimum spray pattern is 3mm, and maximum is 40mm, so not suitable for fine-line work. But I might get one for general use, and overall single colour work, as the pistol grip and trigger arrangement will be very useful, with my knackered hands and fingers!

woohoo! got my tax return, and could NOT resist buying this beauty!

Nazca models 1/144 Bombardier Dash8 Q400. got some Horizon Airlines decals, too. :D
Q400-previews

I also re-ordered some stuff I previously ordered from Airline Hobby Supply, Alaska Airlines 737-400, and -800 decals, and Contrails CFM56 engines. but 2 things were backordered, and my card expired, and was not charged.

I also got myself a precision compass and a pin vise from Hobbylinc. :D

Nothing in the mail yet old boy, something very round and is of course your favourite aircraft of all time?

:evil4:

Nope, not airbrush, rightly so, an airbrush is round, but this is an aircraft, also round in shape and your absolute favourite as such....
