Maybe to do with the 1944/5 (can't remember which offhand) order issued by the Americans for one tone colour schemes to be adopted Jim - NMF for fighters, Olive Drab for transports, Yellow for trainers, etc.

This is what I do with the left over Fererro chocolate boxes....... recycle!
And we got a small table for Annie to use for her purse, and things to go to work with her....... it doubles as a place di display my cylinder. We are quite eclectic!
