My most recent purchases are few new kits and a book "Messerschmitt Bf 109 - Yugoslav Story" Volume 1. Highly anticipated and fresh out of print, I had this book delivered to me just last week. A joint effort of a group of Serbian authors, it's written in English which makes it accessible to wide audience around the world. I'll give you more detailed review of the book in "A New Book in my Library" thread tomorrow.

Strange. It seems I'm unable to post pictures...

EDIT
I've managed it, but I had to upload them on photobucket first and then link them here.

That's because this here numpty forgot to up-load the pic !!
It should be there now.
Igor, what problems are you having up-loading the pics?
Wojtek was asking to be informed if there were any posting problems, as a few members have had some problems in posting, and with pics. The 'new' system for up-loading pics can be a bit cumbersome some times, and un-predictable when editing !

This came in the mail today. Very thick box, heavy as well. A note of caution if you are unaware. Hasegawa has released two Betty kits with Ohka's. Both have the same well done Ohka, but it was paired with an early, chunky and minimally detailed Betty. This is not that kit. The Betty included in this kit is highly detailed, both in and out.

As far as I can tell the older crudely done Betty/Ohka combination can be identified by having the bulged side side gun blisters, while this combo kit has the flush side gun ports. Basically an early version Betty, verses a late version.

Anyway, hope this helps someone.

Good stuff Jim, and useful info for those looking to get the right kit. I bet Hasegawa are still charging premium price for the old kit though !
