[Capt. Vick]

Sub captain Terry is it?

[Jeff Hunt]

Picked this up last night off an online web auction for less than $20.00 Canadian. It is the old Matchbox kit so any tips etc will be most appreciated.

Cheers,

Jeff

Just arrived from the Czech Republic, just a week after ordering - still waiting for Royal Mail to catch up with stuff shipped in the UK two weeks ago !
Rather nice figure to go with one of my impending rally car builds.

Vet nice! That will look great with the build, but honestly Terry I thought it was a Ken doll at first.

He'll need a moustache.

Yep - and a black, droopy one at that, to be accurate for the period !

Ah, the latest Tamiya paint puree making gadget !!!

[Crimea_River]

Karl, I suppose your Zero is adorning a kitchen gadget site now.

I seem to be on a 1970's rally nostalgia trip at the moment - just grabbed this at a good price, and free shipping. Should be with me by the weekend, if Royal Mail get their fingers out.

Might have a look for a lancia stratos kit myself !

[Crimea_River]

I dunno Terry, you may have to switch to a new forum. God knows you put your coat on often enough!

[Lucky13]

Needmusthave price....and that '13' of course!

[Airframes]

Well, I have two coats - a flying jacket, and a rally jacket ! At least the 1970's rally cars had a great sound, rather like scaled-down Merlin engines !
Karl, I also want a Stratos. The Fujimi / Aoshimi kits are great, but rare and cost a fortune, Hasegawa is next best, but quite expensive, or there's the Italeri kit, quite basic, but not too bad.
