Just got it today Jim (well, yesterday now!), but I'll be trying it out quite soon I would think. It's slightly awkward or me to hold, due to the lack of articulation and rigid fingers of my left hand, but if all else fails, I can clamp it in a vise.
It should certainly make cutting tubes or rod a lot easier, compared to rolling them under a blade on the bench !

I use this and it works very good, though it doesn't cut at any angles.

Jim, does that have a cutting blade, or is it just a clamp like mine?
I'll be honest, when I first saw the advert for the one I have, it read as a 'tube cutting jig', and I presumed (wrongly) that the clamping handle on top possibly operated a cutting blade, which, of course, isn't correct. But using a saw is just as easy, possibly better, as it will avoid any crimping problems.

Yes this one has a cutting wheel. It's basically a smaller version, in plastic, of a plumbers pipe cutter. I lave used it to cut brass tubing and I am very happy with the results. A recommended tool.

Davi is your name, him are in intensive care unit, because is premature and have a problem, diaphragmatic hernia
Did the surgery in last tuesday and the recuperation are very good.

A very good friend of mine from France sent me these the other day. Never heard of the company before, though I believe they are crudely re-boxed from a Japanese manufacturer (duh) and sold in Canada. Does anyone have any info? I think they are pretty freaking cool...and in the one true scale!
