Make sure to wear a sanding mask, looks like that is going to make a whole lot of fine white dust powder that probably will not be too healthy to inhale.

Thought about a name for your crate too - combined the type (F4U-), Winnie the pooh, and the fact that it's a present for your daughter - came up with " '4 U, Honey"
- got the requested pink colour scheme covered too - apparently alot of our Corsairs ended up almost pink from the coral dust at various forward bases around New guinea, and the americans termed them 'the pink Corsairs'...
