That will be our government for sure.

About two hundred years ago, a Japanese young guy innocently tried to fly with a pair of tatami mats tied to his arms jumping from the hill.
He was arrested and punished as violated social peace.

About thirty five years ago, I was ordered to appear a police station. A staff requested me to abandon my gun permit and a small-bore rifle as I had left a shooting club for moving.
