Taking a ride on B17g Madras Maiden this weekend

Not cheap but couldn't pass up this opportunity. I wish my grandfather was still alive to come along. Last time I got up close to a B17 was 1998 when they let my grandfather tour the movie memphis belle in Genesseo. I'll post some pictures once I get back.

Sorry it took so long to get the pictures posted. What an amazing experience! I have so much more respect for the guys who went up in those things. The smells, the bumps, man I can't imagine being an airman on his first mission. Must have been terrifying. Was my first time seeing a P-51B up close too. Looks even more attractive than in pictures with that malcolm hood.
