The brain stops growing physically (- that is: adding more cells) when people reach about 23 years of age.
The brain never stops adding new neurological pathways whenever we think, learn, do, however - and that's something completely different.
So what I'd like to know is: Who the hell paid for that survey? Men who don't like to have sex wearing a condom, or a medical company???
